Understanding our multi-layer verification process that ensures every listing is trustworthy.
Email Verification
Basic TrustWe verify that the business owns the email domain associated with their listing. A confirmation code is sent to the business email address.
Phone Verification
Medium TrustWe call or text the listed business phone number with a verification code to confirm the business has access to that number.
Domain Verification
High TrustThe business adds a DNS TXT record or meta tag to their website to prove they control the domain listed in their profile.
Document Verification
Highest TrustOfficial business documents like registration certificates, licenses, or utility bills are reviewed by our moderation team.
Unverified
Business has not completed any verification steps yet.
Pending Verification
Verification request submitted and awaiting review.
Partially Verified
Some verification methods completed, but not all recommended steps.
Verified
Business has completed verification and is confirmed authentic.
Each verified business receives a trust score from 0-100 based on multiple factors:
